Enjoy Brunch or a Date Night at FIZZ in Plano Our bar serves craft cocktails and several specialty drinks. Our ever-changing drink menu will feature classic cocktails, original drinks and twists on existing favorites, all meticulously hand-crafted and made with high-quality spirits, fresh juices and herbs, and house-made tinctures and syrups. If you're hungry, FIZZ offers a menu complete with charcuterie boards, specialty salads, and cheese or chocolate fondue. FIZZ has the most extensive Champagne list in Texas, with more than 50 sparkling wines, including 20 Champagnes from France. The wine list tops 100 bottles and was curated by sommelier Anthony Martinez.
A note from Cannon Elementary School PTA: Support the Cannon community by participating in the Spring Auction. We use the funds raised through this auction to pay for teacher appreciation, field trip expenses, learning materials, events and more.
